So many of us have internalized harmful stories about our bodies, our worth, our rights and about sex. Let’s un-learn these stories together and incorporate new empowering beliefs about ourselves and our right to respect and pleasure.
Becoming can offer fact-based, comprehensive adult education on topics of:
Consent. Learn about how we are taught consent right from birth, how we can teach tap into feeling “yes” and “no” in our bodies, how to ask for what we want, how to say and hear “yes” and “no” and re-learn how to ask for and give consent in all aspects of life.
Sex Education without Shame. Ask all those questions you’ve wondered about bodies, what sex actually even is, what is “normal” and all the sexual stuff you feel you can’t talk about with others, in a supportive and shame-free environment. Get up to date on everything from contraceptives, how our bodies develop in utero, where to to get tested, how to slow down and enjoy the journey and what the heck is going on with our body when we’re getting it on.
Sex Toys! Learn about what to look for in a good toy, materials to avoid, all about lubes and how to play safely. We’ll arm you with good information that will help you feel confident for your next purchase online or in a store.
2SLGBTQ+ Education. Do you want to be a better ally to your friends and family? Maybe you’re questioning your own sexuality or gender. Let’s work together and help you feel equipped with the current terminology and historical understandings to support yourself and others on this important journey.
Your Sexual Self after Assault. Navigating your sexual relationship with yourself and your partner after experiencing sexual assault. Co-facilitated with a Registered Clinical Counselor.
Foundational relationship and sexual health education for people with neurodiversity.
